Throughout my career, I have seen organisations invest heavily in markets, talent and technology, yet continue to struggle with simple things like forecasting and alignment.
The challenges were rarely caused by a lack of capability. More often, they stemmed from unclear ownership, inconsistent processes, poor visibility or a lack of operating rhythm.
PS Commercial was created to help leadership teams identify and address the underlying organisational and operational issues limiting commercial performance.
The goal is simple: create the clarity, accountability, rhythm and alignment required for sustainable growth.

Phil Scott
Phil Scott
I’ve spent my career leading commercial and operational teams across international technology businesses.
Over time, I realised the work I enjoy most is helping organisations become more effective. Bringing clarity to complexity. Improving how teams operate together. Building the structures, processes and leadership rhythms that create more predictable performance.
My experience spans senior leadership and executive roles across both public and private companies, leading commercial organisations through periods of growth, transformation and increasing complexity.
Most recently, I served as Chief Sales Officer with responsibility for commercial and operational performance across more than 20 international markets.
My experience has taught me that most commercial challenges are symptoms rather than root causes. The underlying issues are often organisational and operational: how decisions are made, how accountability is managed, how information flows and how teams work together.
Today, through PS Commercial, I work with leadership teams to identify and address those issues, creating the clarity, accountability, operating rhythm and alignment required to improve performance and scale effectively.
